What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture, and we store the profile you create (username, bio, avatar). Products, drafts, and sponsorship campaigns you create are stored with your account.

To keep RookieLaunch fair and free of spam, we also record your IP address, browser user-agent, and the time of the action when you take certain actions — launching a product, saving a launch draft, completing onboarding, uploading images, creating a sponsorship campaign, or clicking a sponsored link.

How long we keep it

IP addresses and user-agents are automatically deleted 90 days after they are recorded. The rest of the action record (what happened and when) is kept so we can detect coordinated abuse such as fake voting. Your profile and content are kept until you delete them or your account.

Bot protection

Some forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data to tell humans and bots apart. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to complete onboarding (Supabase authentication session plus a short-lived onboarding cookie). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Your data is processed by the infrastructure we run on: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Cloudflare (R2 image storage and Turnstile), Upstash (rate limiting), Resend (transactional email), and Dodo Payments (sponsorship billing — payment details go to Dodo directly and never touch our servers).

Your rights & contact

You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time. Email sponsors@rookielaunch.com.
